hello?? Anybody there??

Hey there...

Yeah, I know. But, here I am back in the saddle after falling off the horse somehwere back in June, I think. I haven't been able to hardly keep up with regular e-mail, showers, or laundry since then - so how could I devote blocks of time to blogging??

The Baby has started to have some semblance of what you would call a "routine" - soooooo, now I can have some free-time too.

The Baby arrived quickly and, unfortunately for me and my husband who had to leave the room at one point, not painlessly. ( I think I lost my sense to not make horrible run-on sentences after I had this last child.) It was the quickest of my three kids, coming in at only 4 and 1/2 hours start to finish. We both looked like we had been dragged through a hedge backwards after it was over. The other two are adjusting and it seems to be going smoothly - so far.

Christmas Panic is setting in - I swear this should, if it isn't already, be a form of seasonal neurosis - the kids keep changing their ever-growing list by the hour. Santa is going to have to get high-speed e-mail to keep abreast of the updated versions. ( let alone the harried mother who does not want to spend all of her December trudging through the slushy floors of toys R us to appease her guilty- I-haven't- got-enough-time-and-love-to-not-have-my-children-blame-me-in-therapy-when-they're-thirty conscience.)

anywayssssss.

I just heard the air-raid siren crying start above my head..........

Oh, by the way- I think that the computer is being deported from the dungeon of terror and going upatiars in our guest room. What does this mean you may ask yourself??

well, I will be able to access it more readily so that equals, more blogging potential (in turn, child neglect - awww ya can't have everything!) and our guests will probably end up in the dungeon of terror and won't stay for very long - not so great. If they aren't happy, which now that I think about it "how could they be unhappy - the children won't know where to find them!!!", they can always volunteer the funds for a bigger maison!!

that's all for now I must go mediate whatever the problem is this time and threaten whoever the perp is with the all-knowing eye of Santa - we alll do it!

Santa - Jolly old elf or CIA spook??

Glad to be back - hope they are still some loyalists.

Oh. My. Fu**ing. God!!!! An update??? I can't freaking believe it! I think the computer in my room is a wonderful idea. Yes, it's MY room. I don't know why you insist on calling it the guest room.... Anyway, I love sleeping in the dungeon: it's so dark!
